I agreed to pay the shipping and handling on two SAMPLES.
The products were under the brand name alievella. The company is Ojas Enterprises, LLC.
Instead of receiving the samples, I received what worsted to be samples (small containers), but $139.90 was charged to my checking account. My account was then negative and I was charged a $35 overdraft fee, totaling $174.90 being owed. I called the company and they refused to give a full refund unless they received the unopened package by a given date. Of course, the charge to my account did not come until after I had received my "samples" & had already opened them! I was offered a 25% courtesy refund. Th is was a complete scam!
