I have emailed them so many times to check up on our refund of $49 as well as the whereabouts of our order. I've tracked our order on USPS with the tracking number they gave me and no change to date. No refund either. I am furious as they kept saying we must "rest assured". This has also caused alot of unnessecary stress as we don't have money that we can just waste and this is so upsetting to know that we were scammed here. I really hope you can assist with us getting a refund. Many thanks
