I ordered the RTVL anti-aging cream. I have very
sensitive skin and couldn't use it. I called and
spoke to rep on phone and was told to send back and I would get my refund. They sent me a cust Id
no and return authorization no. I immediately sent it back. Now they are telling me they did not receive it and refuse to give me my money back. Plus they are not refunding the $93.00 I was
charged because they would have to charge $20.00 restocking fee and will not refund for $5.75 to send it back. I would at least think they would refund $73.00.
This Company is a total fraud. When you call you
have a hard time understanding them and they are
very rude.
