I received an email that said it was from Fedex, upon opening the email I was advise that my package could not be delivered and to open my invoice. I was expecting a package from QVC, so I opened the attachment. As soon as I did my computer crash. I couldn't turn off my computer, even by disconnecting. Then there was a window that said to pay $82.00 to "fix" my computer. It has not worked well since then. All my program icons have been destroyed. Since I paid with a credit card my concern is that this was a scan and that this organization has my credit card information. Is there anyway that this can be selvaged?
