I ordered what was supposed to be a trial offer for splendyr and levela my samples came in an unmarked box with no information on how to use the products and no information such as company phone numbers or address my credit card was charged 179.00 today without my consent when i finally found contact information online i called told them i had not wanted any future shipments. The representative was rude and told me that the information provided in my shipment gave me 15 days to cancel tried to explain no info was provided to me! After over an hour in the phone arguing i managed to get 139.90 refund when i should have gotten a full refund! Leson learned.
