I noticed money was being removed from my account in August 2014. I called Forms Assistance on 8 Aug 2014 there was no answer. I then contacted my bank and was directed to the claims dept. The bank called the number to forms assistance and there was no response. My bank canceled my debit card and issued me a new one. I called Forms Assistance again when I finished with the claims dept. I left a message on the voice mail and never received a call back. I called a few weeks later and still no one would answer. My bank failed to retrieve my money that I lost and I am tired of get either no answer or just the run around. I want my money back.
