I received the eye cream in the mail and sent it back as I didn't want it (2 months ago) via FED X express from Vancouver, B.C. Canada. I was then charged the full amount of $99.00 on Oct. 25/14 on my credit card #. I called the company and spoke to a representative on Oct. 25/14 and she told me that they did receive the product back but I would have to also let her know the FED X tracking # and that their shipping company did not tell that department they had received the item back. The woman rep. said that she could refund me $55 back onto my credit card and it would take 4-5 business days but I would have to let them know the tracking # for the rest of the amount. A total scam! Do not order from this company!
