I was contacted by this company, claiming to be from Microsoft, that they have been receiving alerts from my computer alleging that I had been hacked. As a senior citizen, I believed them and gave them my credit card number to pay for a virus clean up. I realized it was a scam when I Goggled their company name and realized there were no links. Since I have been promised refunds by the technicians when I call requesting to cancel the account. SCAM. Help number given 1-567-244-4882. When the price was posted on my credit card, it was the company Arjuninc Singapore. The telephone call and supposed cleaning happened on 10/17, but the entry did not appear on my bill until Monday morning, 10/20/14. I reported it, and tried to call them. The phone has been disconnected and no forwarding number. I have asked the Credit Card company to stop payment on this charge.
