On 6th October I saw an advert attached to a web page for "Fragrantica" (A perfectly honest company).
The advert stated that I could purchase the advertised RVTL products for "Postage Only" £2.99. Once on their site I read as much as was available before I ordered anything. Once satisfied that the offer was honest I ordered. A second page came up as soon as I had completed the first order for Equinox products with the same deal. I ordered again in good faith. A third advert appeared for their RVTL Eye cream at a one off payment of £19.99.
Today 22/10/14 I saw my bank statement had been illegally drawn in the amount of £89.00 £95.00 as had my partners account. I contacted both Sheridan Labs and Phoenix Labs and was told that their small print catered for this scam. So tough luck on me. I went on to suggest involving the Police both here in the UK and the US, and was told if I returned the products to them they would give me a partial refund!! They get to keep £20 per product just for the pleasure of ever having heard of them!!! The one off paid for product needless to say has never arrived. If I ever get what they say they will return I am still £120 out of pocket. If this sham of a company can even begin to think that this is a pleasant or satisfactory retail encounter, the sooner they are closed down the better.
