I applied for a free credit report online and they charged me $9.99 on April after the 1st month trial service. I didn't need the service anymore, so I e-mailed them and realized they don't have an e-mail adress. So, I called them twice. Once on July and the second time on October. On July, I got someone on the phone, then they took all my info and they told me to wait, while they got a manager that never took the call and waited 10 minutes. The second time, I was told that they didn't have my phone on file and took all my info, but then they told me to wait while they got a confirmation number. I placed the call on speakerphone so I could continue working, but I waited 50 minutes and no one came back to the phone and hung up with no confirmation number.
