I ordered Avast last year FOR ONE YEAR. a company named Nexway evidentally handles Avast's billing and they AUTOMATICALLY billed me for another year even though I did not request this.
I have written to AVAST and Nexway and received one response that says they have taken me off automatic renewal but said nothing about refunding my credit card. !!! i am so angry about this and have written 3 emails and several on their site but so far, no satisfaction. BTW, there is NO PHONE TO CALL ANY ONE SO THAT'S A BIG PROBLEM. I FEEL SCAMMED
