i heard about prison solution i paid 59.99 for the 3 months for low coast calls they told me it was 90 cents per call i was super happy cause i am in really tight with bills and really wanted to talk to my family member as much as i can i called because the wasn't working i asked for a refund they told me 7-10 business days and then never got nothing received a email that they couldn't give me back a refund i called and every time i give me name they would hang up also i realized the same man and women would answer and i kept calling then would put me on hold and hang up or jus have me listing to them until i got mad/bored and hanged up please help
