I purchased on 02Mar2014 in the amount of $543.00; an iPhone 5c unlocked and Apple IPad Air with Wi_Fi and paid with an online check payment. On 08May14, I sent an email request to Avobuy.com to obtain a status update as it was noted it would take from 30 - 60 days to receive items. Then again numerous times and finally requested a refund instead since it was over the 90+ and I just wanted my monies back. I have over 20+ emails to the vendor with them stating that different updates, 9 related to requesting a status update and then 11 to inform them that I wanted a refund and to please proceed. With the last one stating "Your refund is still being processed at the moment... Please
allow anywhere from within 30+ BUSINESS DAY from the date of your refund request. Please stand by OR for faster refund process you can contact your bank for stop or dispute payment. At this point I did reach out to my bank and they have informed me that there is a window of 60 days only to dispute any transactions. That I should reach out to the merchant and/or take them to small claims court.
