I bought WinZip Driver Updater and ran it. Then I found that my Windows Media Player and QuickTime no longer work. When I called their tech support, they installed a "diagnostic" program and tried to sell me on a $500 protection plan! My guess is that the updater messes up your stuff so you call their "tech" and get a hard sell pitch for Systweak.
