When making a decision to get the resort, the lady didn't know what to do so this man in the same office came to assist her. The man kept saying don't worry about the payment you have excellent credit and your payments should be low. He said that they set all their customers up with a financing company that they use and that everything would be setup on one account. When we made our first payment, we started getting calls from another company and when I told that company that I had already made payment and gave them a confirmation number they said that was not them. I contacted ocean canyon properties and they kept giving me the run around and finally they gave me corporate office number. I spoke with Karen Hewitt whi is so rude. I told her that I wanted to cancel because I was mislead by the employees and she said did you read the information before you signed it. I informed her that I had and that the personal fast talked us and assured us that this is a deal you can't refuse. I ask them how much monthly would we spend for this resort and that we did not want to go over 150.00 monthly and he stated that you have excellent credit no worries. In the contract agreement bit does not state that you can not cancel. Ms k. Hewitt said all sales are final in that it was not thing she could do. I need help with finding a great law firm to take my case. They did not care about nothing and they would continue to call and harass me.
