I didn't even sign up for this - they got my credit card information from another order I placed and signed me up for this online tracking service. When I phoned them, they said I signed up, but of course they aren't going to listen to the tape where when they phoned me I told them I was not interested. They said they'll call me back. I'm sure that won't happen. I contacted the back immediately and canceled my card and reported them for fraud.
