I ordered the free starter pack. My paperwork said it would be auto delivery. I immediately called and said i did not want to continue and to cancel my account. I was on the phone with their customer service for 20 mins. They would not cancel my acct. I found myself actually yelling, and I am a pretty meek person. Finally they said they would cancel my acct. I just received 2 packs in the mail and found a $99.99 charge on my credit card. The invoice said i could send them back but must get a rma number. I called and they actually would not give me one. I called back again and spent 15 mins pretty much begging for one. They gave me one but now say they are charging me $19.95 for my free trial offer. I have yet to get my refund.
