Assured me that I could get a particular hotel with their offer, then when I went to make the reservation and pay another fee, they said I could not stay in that property! They then offered me another location that I had requested and once again did not book the property they advertised and said was an option.
Compounding this is the lack of customer service or remedies available or offered by them to make this right.
