Stanley Home Warranty utilizes independent companies and contractors to fulfill their home warranties. However, they repeatedly, time after time, fail to provide payment to those same contractors and companies for services rendered.
I've called them in upwards of 20 times a day, leaving messages on their voicemail and speaking to the few people working there who can be bothered to answer a phone. They usually give me the run around about how the check is in the mail(been told this four times now across the last month) but it never manages to show up.
They refuse to return phone calls or emails. They give you the run around. They lie through their teeth and they're a bunch of thieves.
Stay away.
