Similar to other complaints about this company. I subscribed to the trial offer for Alluria and Veloura cosmetics and was prepared to pay for one set but was subsequently charged US$99.90 x 2 in my Aug credit card statement and US$94.90 x 2 again in my Sep credit card statement without receiving any further products and more importantly without any authorization on my part. It was very difficult to contact them or to get them to locate my order, I finally got a email reply claiming that the original trial order contained terms and conditions which allowed them to continue to charge monthly and send products monthly. They are unethical and should be reported to a consumer protection agency in the US where they are located. I seriously suggest everyone join together to start a class action suit against this unscrupulous company.
