I purchased the risk free $1.99 trial. All the terms were clearly set out on the invoice in relation to future payments and what to do if you were dissatisfied. I rang the number within the risk free period (the date was clearly stated on the invoice). The sales person tried to get me to settle the balance owing on the account 2x $139.90. I said that was not the terms detailed in their invoice, he then offered to waive half the charge. I argued again that that was not the terms. After holding my ground she agreed to waive the lot and said rather than post the product back hand it on to a friend who could try it. I was happy with that outcome until ... a charge appeared on my card. I rang again and they made an excuse that the sales person had applied her staff discount and just charged that amount ($69.95) and that I had agreed to that charge. Lies ... they then wanted me to ship the product back etc etc they offered me other product for 'free'. It has now been escalated and someone is going to call me. Let's see if they do or if I have to make another call.
