I ORDERED A PAIR OF JEANS FOR MY NIECE THEY CAME WITH A BROKEN ZIP I ASKED TO RETURN THEM BUT THEY OFFERED ME £5 REFUND THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE AUGUST AND THEY STILL KEEP SAYING £5 REFUND OR RETURNTHEM BUT IT WILL COST ME £50 ( THE JEANS COST £48) I AM NOW GOING TO TAKE THEM TO THE SMALL CLAIM COURT SO IF YOU HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM DO THE SAME AS ME
