To Whom it may concern,

My name ia Tom Quinn, and back around July 16th or 17th 15 yo duahgter used my credit card to signed up for you trial bottle. After she told me and I read the fine print I immediately phoned to cancel. I was told by the gentleman that the product would not be shipped but I would have to be charged the $4.18 anyway. I said no problem, I told him I would soon be leaving the country and did not want to have any new charges to my bill. He said no worries.

Two days later my wife got a phone call from derma juventa saying that we had not completed an order and asking for her credit card number. My wife does not speak english that well and knew that I had recently ordred somthing on line so she trusted them and gave her credit card number. When I got home she told me about it and I was very mad , I phoned derma juventa and was told that 'we would never phone you at home' and there was no way I would be charged any money.

I asked him to send me an e-mail guarenteeing I would not be charged and he said he could not, 'don't worry , we never phone people at home and you will definately not be charged.
What I did not realize at that time wasd that my wife gave her number (same account different number.) As i can only see my charges in my online banking (it take a while before my wifes charges appear on the account) I though everything was ok. Today I checked my account and was finally able to see the charges. I was shocked to find the following Derma Juventa Charges on her ccount afer being promise no one would phone and there was no way a charge would be put through. Here are the charges to my wife number:

I am sure you can see from both orders that they are being sent to the same address, you should also have a record of my stating I no longer wanted the product sent to me, cancelling the order. My wife never accessed the on line offer, someone phoned her at home, I am sure you must also have a record of that. As I stated before , I am out of the country , I will not be returning until July of next year, I trust that you will remove the charges from my credit card and ensure there are no more added.
