We bought timeshare with Bluegreen after being told if for any reason we could not afford it, they would rent it or sell it for us so we would not be out the maint fees each year. Now they tells us they do not rent the units out for owners anymore. We are stuck paying monthly payment plus yearly Maintainence fees and not using it. We purchased in 2008 I believe.
