This took place on 11/4/11. I went to the website NorthFace4You.com which said it was an authorized Northface online outlet. I thought it looked legit so I ordered a men's denila fleece jacket. After ordering online, I waited for a printable receipt to show up, but all it said was that they would e-mail me a confirmation e-mail. After not receiveing that e-mail a short time later, I got suspicious. I went back to their website and couldn't find a telephone number, address, or e-mail address for them. I then signed up for their newsletter hoping that would provide me with a way to reach them. I got a reply back on that real fast with a bogus e-mail address and no telephone number. I then checked my credit card amount to see that I had been charged with a transaction to Pu Hui Co.,Ltd Fashionpay, but the amount was slightly higher than what it said it would be at the time of purchase. I then called my credit card company and reported all this. They said since the purchase was pending, they couldn't do anything. They said once it was posted they could dispute the amount because it was not what I agreed to. I then asked them to change my credit card number which they have. Lo and behold, the next day I heard from Pu Hui CO., Ltd Fashionpay via e-mail, and they said they were handling my transaction and the difference in the amount was because of the exchange rate. I told them I wanted to cancel the order. After about a day and half, they e-mailed me again and said the order had been shipped and did I still want to cancel. I replied yes. So far, I am not sure if I have been charged for the transaction because I have not talked to my credit card company. If they really did send me the merchandise, I plan to return it. The e-mail address they gave me is [email protected] and the phone numbers they gave me are 86-0755-25195738 and 86-13760231987.

  • I would like to know if Yvonne ever received her goods. I have a payment pending and am concerned about the website AuthenticUggs.org. After not receiving a confirmation email or receipt I looked into the website and saw no customer service phone number and panicked. I cancelled my credit card yesterday and I received an email from Pu Hui Co Ltd saying my transaction was successful. Now when I take a closer look at the UGG website I see grammatical errors and incorrect spelling - I hadn't noticed when purchasing. I am concerned that I will not receive the Ugg products and that I will have to dispute my $174 purchase.

  • Yes, I received a package, but I refused the item by returning it to the Post Office unopened. As long as the package is unopened, you can refuse it. I also asked the lady at the Post Office for the tracking number of the package so it could be shown that it was returned to the sender. I then called my credit card company and informed them that I refused the package and gave them the tracking number. I had tried to cancel the item, but Pu Hui Co.,Ltd., Fashionpay wouldn't let me. They told me I would have to talk to the owner to cancel it, and when I asked them how I could reach the owner to do so, I got no response from them. They also charged me more than I agreed to. They are a scam company from China. They either don't send the item(s) ordered, or they send a counterfeit item or a wrong item. They then don't give the people who ordered from them a way to reach them or a way to return the item. You might want to report them to your credit card company. If they don't send you the item or the wrong item or a counterfeit item, you can report it to your credit card company and they can dispute the charge.

  • Good news. I received an e-mail from Pu Hui CO., Ltd., saying I was being refunded for the amount of my purchase. I then checked my credit card account online and found my credit card had indeed been refunded the full amount.
