Complaint 33001 Details

On July 29,2011 I recieved a phone call telling me that my
computer had viruses and to turn it on.
I turned it on and they showed me a number of viruses and that
they could get rid of them---I foolishly gave them my visa credit
number.
When they started it dawned to me that I was being scammed
so I called the credit card company and cancelled the card.
I recieved a new card in a week.
Three months went by when I recieved a bill for $433.74
requesting that I pay by November 21.
The bill had a transfer date of July 31 and a posting date of
September 29,using the new credit card number.
I'm a wits end trying to get in touch with someone to help me
to cancel this bill.
I hope that something can be done.
