I registered the website and the credic card information was the required information in order to complete register. Then, I participated the bid without purchasing their service, so-called BidPack. Several days later, I found that the company charged me $99 for BidPack in my online credit card statement.

go to the ftc's link below and submit your complaint. i did. my credit card company sided with bidrack at first, but i submitted my exchange of messages with bidrack as proof that there was something wrong from the very start. i also told them that there are hundreds of complaints in scambook.com. so after 2 weeks, i got my $99 back from my credit card company ;)

- Thanks Suzi and i. I took your advice and talked to my credit company. It reported charge dispute report to the credit company and got my $99 back.
