I was sold a vacation package by this group and I only want to change my reservation and move it a week because Hurricane Odile directly hit Los Cabos and airport has been shutdown and hotels and resorts were close and spoke to the representative didnt give me her name she was rude and not helpul and I requested to be transferred to manager, and I was transferred to Crysit extension 243 is what she provided me she wont give me her last name and real name and these people wont change my reservation without $200.00 fee to change and re sked it. Chrystie told me that they have no control of hurricane or hotel not operationg or airport is shut down, and repeated ly asking me if I want to change my booking ? They are like robots and will re read the terms and conditions of my package that I have to pay the fee... and Whether the resort is existing or not ! Please do not buy a vacation from this group. They have no soul !!!
