Same complaint as everyone else. Signed up for a free trial of the wrinkle cream for $3.99. The package arrives with no accompanying paperwork or way to reach the company even if you want to cancel. Suddenly, I received another bottle and they charged my credit card $89.10. This is not even the card I used to get my free sample!! That is even scarier! Had to reference 800 number on my credit card charge to get a hold of them. Pre-recorded message that only allows you to cancel. You cannot speak to a "live" person. I wanted to return my other two shipments that are still in the package and can't access a customer service person. Huge scam!!
