I purchased sunglasses from this website with cash on delivery option.

When I received the packet , I told the delivery person that I want to check the product before I pay , the delivery guy refused and said "no it's Against company policy" I immediately told him plz go back .

Thank god I didn't waste money.

After this I repeatedly mailed them , three four times but no response .

They have blocked me to chat with them on Facebook .

All I asked was if u claim for customer satisfaction and authenticity in your profile then what's the harm in Leting the customer check- it's hard earned money after all .

All small to big online stores hve a policy to check , return or refund .. And that reflects their genuineness ..

Am sorry this website seems to b a total FAKE as they don't let the customer chk and after buying like te complaint above , they totally disappear .. Plz guys don't get fooled , it's better to save more money and buy pure original .

Other websites likes this have a facility to exchange n refund .

Very disappointed
