Booked a reservation - noticed that the date was off. Tried to change reservation but agent couldn't find it - said I needed to cancel reservation and do another one. Turns out they have a NO REFUND policy. Also, the hotel gets no funds whatsoever. Hotelsone.com 888-273-4683 number would not accept their agents actions/recommendations for me to cancel reservation versus change it.
Even tried to re-instate the reservation for the wrong day since I needed to stay an extra day - NO WAY!!!!
SCAMMERS - SCAMMERS - SCAMMERS. Book somewhere else like Orbitz or Directly on Hotel website.
