On Aug. 15, 204 I received a phone call, about working @ home. His Name was Frank(his office wouldn't tell me his last name),only that he was a Rep.It was all about selling items on Amazon. com. I was interested, I like Amazon, as do others that I know. He said there were a few different packages, I choose the $499.00 one. I was reluctant because of loosing so much money in the past. He assured me that I had 21 days, to look at it, make money with it, and if I decided not to do it, I would get my money back, even though , he stated, that he had never had anyone ask for a refund. Even his parents did it to supplement their income , and were now earning, 2000.00 extra a month. After a long conversation, I decided to try it, since I had 21 days to take a look, and maybe even make some money. I was sitting in my car talking to him, and then he said I had some papers to sign. So I ran into the house, pulled up everything I need on the computer. Then Kala took over, we were talking, I wanted to make sure I was making the right choice, she said put your initials on each of these spots, (never said be sure to read it first, you only have 3 days to cancel, and then it has to be a written certified letter.) I had indicated that I had a lot going on, ad that I would not be able to access the web site until the 2nd of Sept., she said that was fine, that it only took 48hrs. to set up my web site (which today I found out through Amazon, that I can get all this for free, even the web site,in about 10 Min.) On Sept. 2nd, I had received a bad copy of some info. in the mail,(previously) on how to connect to my web site, and the log- in info., so I tryed it, it didn't work. So I called at 8:00 am.I left them a message, I did not get a response. So On the 3rd, I tried to connect again on the web site, no luck, at 10:30 am I called again, but this time I let them know I was uncomfortable, and nothing was working, I couldn't talk to anyone, I just wanted my money back. At 2:45pm I received, 2 emails, giving me the same web site, but different, log-in info. I tried it again, it still didn't work , know I am calling, upset. I leave a message. Some one calls me back on an unknown #. Telling me they are really sorry, but I signed the contract, so there was nothing that they could do. I said yes there is, fire the guy that told me I had 21 days, and give me my money back. She said nothing they could do. When I told them, I wish I had investigated them first with the BBB, she said thats all rigged, everyone pays for their points. She had an answer for everything. I was getting real upset. I am going to my bank tomorrow to see if they can help me get my money back. I just want to make others aware of this scam.I'll keep you updated. Thank You
