5 days ago I ordered some gold to get some better equipment in game as I'll be offline for quite awhile soon. I wanted to be able to raid with my guild for a few days before my net disappears. Their website said delivery times for my server was less then 15 minutes on 90% of the orders. I sat online for 6 hours before trying to open a chat with a customer rep. No one every replied after waiting another hour. I had to go to work, so later when I got off, I tried the chat window again and was told that they were out of gold, but to check back in 8-10 hours. I did. I was told they were out of gold (though the website still said it was in stock for my server). Same story the next day. Then the next. Now's the 5th day in a row asking what was happening. Same story. "We're currently out of gold." I check the site, says it's in stock. "We will let the developers know." ..... And "Try again in 8-10 hours. We should have it in stock by then." Thank god I only spent $10.
