I received a call from Fast Cash USA (David Smith)telling me I had been approved for a $4000 loan and all I had to do was put $150 on a green dot card, then pay $360 in insurance to the bank and they would give me the loan. They got that and then said good news we just approved you for $6000 put I had to send $250 o Western Union (I know stupid but I was desperate)I sent it to Johnathan oKeefe who was "the supervisor" who told me my loan was on hold because I had a debt to "Zip19" which had been in my name the year before. They said I owed $586 and couldnt get the loan till this was paid . So I went out on a limb and paid it then got told there was a problem with my checking account and would have to send another $250 on a green dot card. When I refused and demanded my money back, I they would have to pay a processing fee of $150 (that they would take out of the original $770) only giving me back $620. But I NEVER received ANYTHING and ALL the numbers have since been disconnected
