I ordered a dress for a wedding on August 10. Paid extra for 4-6 day delivery. Used the companies size chart and then added 2 sizes just to make sure. After the 8th business day, I tried it contact the company to check on the order. I received no response from the listed telephone number and no response from the email sent to [email protected]. The dress arrived on August 25th. It does not look like the picture and it is too small. We still cannot get ahold of anyone by phone or by email. The one time we reached someone by phone she said to email and then hung up as soon as she heard we had a complaint. And the amount on the invoice is less than was charged. This definitely feels like a scam and they have my credit card number. We are having to dispute the charge since we did actually receive something even though it was wrong dress and wrong size.
