I had a free account with xpersonals.com and was interested in sending emails to some of the members, so I joined for one month for $34.95, to try it out. My credit card was charged but my account WAS NOT UPGRADED. I submitted a report thru their spam reporting against other members and they deleted my account. They did not explain why my credit card was charged and my account was not upgraded. DO NOT TRY TO UPGRADE WITH XPERSONALS.COM. THEY ONLY RIP YOU OFF. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
