I placed an order in February 2014 online. My card was authorized for the full amount $134 and then when the item shipped in march they claimed that my card was declined (even though there were sufficient funds). The never attempted to call me. They only sent mass emails which I never got. They are now sending me to collections with an $80 interest payment. If they had called me and I had known I would have paid immediately. They company was of no help once I found out and called them.
