I also fell for the scam of ordering a sample of this company's product. I had no idea they were going to keep sending me product and deducting it from my credit card without authorisation. They are impossible to find as their phone is not answered and they do not reply to e-mails.So, how are you meant to claim their 100% money back guarantee. I still have their product in the boxes they came in but cannot return them as I do not have their "official return authorisation number" and cannot obtain it from them. Whatever you do - don't order a sample!
