Hi Scambook,

I will like to lodge a complaint against a fraudulent trading website Options Area, www.optionsarea.com which is owned by YTF Trade Limited.

I will cut a long story short about my nightmare experience. I found this website though a email link from Brad Marshall and he send me to a video website to collect my name and email and they direct me to this site. I made a deposit of US$250 to test my trading skills as I am new to options trading. I have lost US$5250 through their website. Their so called broker or more appropriately scammer will keep making nuisance calls to the new clients to deposit US$5000 to upgrade to gold membership.

The first broker Roger Atkins claimed that by depositing $5000 to upgrade to the gold member I can get benefits such as secured capital, secured trade of 90% win rate, instant withdrawal, account manager and claimed I can make $5000 within a day. So I trusted him and decided to deposit $2800 on 8 June 2014 as I don't have enough money to make it to $5000. He went to ask me for my credit card details as he wanted to deposit more money to make it to $5000. But the request is rejected as my credit card had hit the credit limit. He then proceed to give me 3 trades the next day and all of them loses and then the subsequent day he deposited $3000 bonus back into my account and then he gave me 3 losing trades out of 4.

The second broker called me on 31st July and 1st August 2014 and told me she is sorry that I lost $3000 and told me by putting $5000 to upgrade to a gold account I can win back all the money lost and make $40,000 a week. She also said I will get benefits such as secured capital, leverage on trading, enhance payouts on trades, secured trades and instant withdrawal. I decided to deposit in $2200 as I don't have much savings left. She gave me 5 trades on 4th August and won 2 lost 3, gave me 3 trades on 5th August and won 1 lost 2 and gave me 2 trades on 7th August won 1 and lost 1. So total is won 4 out of 10 which is still below the break even rate and even worse than me.

There customer service is poor, when I write emails and call then broker up to complain about their bad service and predictions, they don't pick up the phone and ignore my email. They only call me to tell me about their promotions and to go to their website to trade. Even when they respond to email they only give generic responses that they are sorry about the inconveniences and losses, they will find a new broker for me or they will transfer my email to the appropriate department. When I tried to make a withdrawal 6 times they reject my request everytime. If they are a legit company like bet365 they should have approved of my withdrawal request without much restrictions. Their chat service is also only available at limited time and not 24/7. I have enough of losing money and sick of their service and I have decided that I will quit trading and will ignore their calls as I have enough them.
