Thought I was dealing with Centurylink. Team Superior TechHelp came on line and made the offer to fix my computer for 3 years. I had one contact with them and realized I do not have security for my machine. I've had several calls from them since I thought I had cancelled my contract May, 23, 2014. They gave me a confirmatin # but have not refunded my money. I expect them to pro rate the money but they have not done that. I contacted my credit card company and they are refusing to refund the money. "TALK WITH THE
Company." This is a scam. My contract says money back guarantee if not satisfied. They said I had so many days to contact them if not satisfied. This is a 3 yr cm not satisfied. It's a scam.
