They offer you to clean completely your computer, back to the original state, performancewise. They ask you to take control of your machine, for faster repaitp...
After several hours, no better performances, but worst my access to the web is impeded (google,miccrosoft) and still worse no possibility to restore to an earlier state: access denied!
I really don't know what to do and am of course furious about the cost.
