October 29, 2013 - Was told by John Davidson, a Representative of Excess Property Solutions, that if we bought into their profit sharing program and deposited our time share points with them we could still use some of our points and we would receive 7.5 cents for all unused points deposited with them. The first year's points would be used to buy into their program and then we would receive 7.5 cents per point about every six months thereafter. We were persuaded to apply for credit cards to pay for the first year. We would receive $12,000 in six to eight months to pay off the credit cards and we would have no further payments to EPS or the credit cards. We, needless to say, have received no payment from EPS and now their phone has been "Temporaily out of order" at least since June 15. The credit card payments were paid to "Cornerstone" and they claim to be just a "distribution" center for the funds. They claim they have been unable to have any correspondence with EPS in more than 12 weeks. (As of this date, August 4, 2014)
