I received an email from Airbnb advising that my email address had been changed and requesting if it wasn't me that made the change to contact them immediately.
I sent them the email via the link they provided. It took over 24 hours to get an automated message that did not relate to my problem. In fact it told me to log in and change my password which I obviously can't do because my email address, which is part of my login, has been changed.
Meanwhile I am receiving sms messages from people wanting to book properties. I don't have any listings, I am a renter.
60 hours later, nothing from airbnb and approx 50 sms messages from people I presume are being scammed.
Why don't airbnb take some action.
