On July 5th, 2014 -
I responded to a solicitation from Igor Kheifets,
who promised to provide a list building coaching
service with a money back guarantee. He offered
PayPal as a means of payment, and I felt that set
him apart in a good way.
( your form will not let me
enter the July date - so I had to use the earliest
date in August, a problem that needs correcting)
I signed up, paid for the service,
immediately receiving still more solicitations -
without ever receiving a receipt for the service I paid
for. There was no response from my replies to his emails,
and he gave no official record of what he charged me for.
I put in a claim with PayPal - and found that it is
a Bill Me Later account, now in the dispute process.
