On the 28th June 2014, I received a call from David Soho of Vaultoptions where he proposed a deal so that I could recover my capital investment which at the time was US$29000 and then close my account and leave the platform. The deal was that I needed to deposit $5000, then trade for 3 days. Irrespective of whether the trades won or lost I would then received my total of my capital plus 7% being a total of $36380 then I would be able to leave the platform. David informed me that the money would be paid into my account on Friday 4th July 2014 (USA time).

I spoke to David over 3 days before I agreed to this deal. David informed me that he had spoken to the accounting department who authorised the deal and the conversation was being recorded. I then agreed to the deal.

We traded for 2 days then David stopped calling.

When I finally reached David he informed me that Friday 4th July was a public holiday and that I needed to trade for one more day.

I called David over 50 times a day for 3 weeks. Eventually I spoke to David on the 22 July 2014 where he informed me that I had to trade one more day then he would honor the deal. We traded 8 trades.

Since then I have been calling and trying to get my money as per the deal. I have sent several emails to support, I have called 100's of times, I have spoken to on-line support yet no-one can resolve the issue.

I finally spoke to David yesterday where he stated there was a process. My question was how long does the process take. He then said he was getting fired. I have spoken to 2 other people who can not help resolve this issue. in fact on of them just wants me to trade out of the debt.

I want my money as per the agreed deal with David Soho and Vaultoptions. I will not trade out. I have notes of every ocassion I have spoken to somone, the online chat as well as a jornal of my dealings with David Soho and the rest of Vaultoptions.
