I was first contacted by Theresa d' Aviela by USPS regarding a "Reading" which I declined back in June 2014.
I received the first late noice claiming that I had received a reading and owed $19.00. I never recieve it nor requested it. I told them this and receied a reading on 22 Jul with 2nd late notice.
