To be honest I have no clue about who, what and where they are or come from....to actually get access to my account to do this!???? Been discharged from hospital late April so been busy coping with college assignments I missed since then....only today I got a chance to check my bank statements to find this!???? Totally upset!!! Tried to contact them on the number I got when I googled them and there was NO response??? Who the hell are they????? And how do I resolve this ASAP??????
