MY wife came to me very excited about our chance to go to this resort and the opportunity to purchase a timeshare. We called them and she made the reservation they charged her card for $516 and told her she meet all the requirements, now lets get a manger to confirm your order. Now here comes the scam, oh mam sorry your don't past our local location policy it's 60 miles we live 70 miles from the Westgate Resort and we told the agent that before he charged her care. Now Westgate was such good people now they have our money and we cannot get it back for 2 to 8 business days that they gave her a great deal at the Ramada Gateway and she just trusted them. IT's clear that the Ramada Gateway is not a vacation place people live there. There's laundry hanging in the windows and it's a complete mess. It's straight out of the 1980's.
They held our money hostage and gave us what ever they wanted and then screwed us.
