Their app corrupted explorer twice and I had to reformat my computer twice. I gave them one more chance to make it right and they corrupted my computer again. I had them download all my apps and my pictures on a flash drive. I told them that I had a home robbery and I could not replace the pictures so make sure they get them all, well I ended loosing over 3,000 of them. At this time I now have to reformat my computer once again and go through all the work of restoring it again. The Techs do not understand or care to understand what you are telling them regarding any issue you may be facing. 1 Example was that Google Chrome was corrupted all the Tech had to do was uninstall it and the issue would have been resolved, instead he moved ALL of my apps, and programs to E drive and set me up as the other user and I had to log into my 1st user and then go to what he named it Test user to get on the internet. All made no sense. They are the worse Tech Company I have ever heard of. Save yourself a lot of grief money and time and DO NOT buy their program!!!!!!!!!!!
