I ordered a pair of size 8.5 Lunetia style flip flops for $86. I was charged $96.18 listed on my bank statement as a "foreign currency exchange". The shoes came from China and they were the wrong size. There was no return address or any paperwork to indicate how to exchange the shoes. Two e-mails to the website through there "contact us" link have gone unanswered. I can't find an American address or phone number for this company.
